Initialized Soul Inc. operates the Invoice Funnel web service, which provides the integration between Cliniko and Intuit Quickbooks.
This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Automatic Quickbooks invoice creation
This service makes no guarantees regarding the quality and accuracy of Cliniko to Quickbooks invoice translation. It is done on a best-effort basis. You should manually verify the result to ensure satisfactory processing.
Information Collection and Use
This service will store your Cliniko API key which by nature will be able to access all of your Cliniko data. The API key is stored in our encrypted AWS DynamoDB database and is only used to access basic invoice information. No private patient identifiable or health information is accessed or stored in our system. The log data that we maintain will only store Cliniko database primary keys along with other basic invoice information like dates and prices. You can easily delete your integration from our service whenever desired and this will delete you API keys and all log data.
This service will also store temprary access keys to your Intuit Quickbooks account so that it can upload your invoice information. No other information is fetched from your account other than your user name and email address.
Information Disposal
Deleting your integration will immediately and permanently remove all log data for this particular integration. Alternatively, the 'delete account' feature will immediately and permanently delete all of your integrations, logs and user details including access tokens. This amounts to a full wipe of user-specific data.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
