! This convenient and currently free service allows you to automatically import your invoices to your QuickBooks cloud account. Currently it supports Cliniko Cloud.How it works
Step 1 - Go to your Cliniko account management page and generate a new API key. This will allow our service to access your data in order to then forward it to Quickbooks
Step 2 - Click on the big green button at the top right to connect to your QuickBooks account
Step 3 - Go to the Integrations page and add a new integration. Provide a name and your Cliniko API key
Step 4 - Invoice funnel will occassionally process your integration to extract all Cliniko invoices and use them to create corresponding Quickbooks invoices. It is important to note that this service DOES NOT extract any patient information and it only operates using database primary keys along with other basic invoice information like dates and prices. So for example if your Cliniko account has an invoice with id 'ABC123' for a patient Jane Doe with an amount toalling 100$, this service will create a QuickBooks entry named 'ABC123' for 100$ but it will not include any other patient details.
Step 5 - You can navigate to the integration details page to see which invoices have been processed so far and any log entries for these invoices. This will help you see if the processing has succeeded or failed for whatever reason. Invoices that have failed processing will not be retried and will have to be manually imported to QuickBooks.
